An accomplished educational entrepreneur, Michael Koffler has served as the chairman and CEO of K3 Learning, Inc., since 1985. Alongside his activities as a business leader, Michael Koffler maintains membership in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Koffler served as Chairman of YPO Metro New York Chapter for one term, and served as Chairman of YPO/WPO Big Apple Chapter for 5 terms.

In late 2016, the YPO announced that it had elected J. Randall “Randy” Waterfield as the 2017-2018 chairman of the YPO board of directors. Waterfield, a successful financial services professional, has been a YPO member since 2005 and currently chairs the Information Technology Steering Committee. He has also served the New York City chapter of the YPO in several capacities, including chapter chair.

As with the previous 65 members who have served as chairman of the YPO board of directors, Waterfield was elected to the position by members of the current board. He was selected based on his accomplishments in the YPO as well as his personality and commitment to peer leadership. Waterfield will succeed the current YPO chairman, McKeel Hagerty, when he ends his term on July 1, 2017.
